WEEK 5 - POLICIES THAT ALIGN WITH GOD'S WILL FOR OUR NATION 
第五週 - 我們擁有符合神旨意的國家政策     [*24hrs地極禱告站補註] 

第一天 - 星期一 九月二日 
婚姻 - 婚姻是神所設立的，是滿有尊榮的，是傳統的澳大利亞家庭生活的首選形式。禱告有保護和加強一男和一女之間神聖婚姻的政策。
經文 - 希伯來書 13:4，羅馬書 1:26-27

第二天 - 星期二 九月三日
促進家庭和睦的政策 - 家庭是社會的基礎單位，並需要扶持和強化，因為當今社會的家庭生活動態正在迅速地改變。祈求有相應政策來倡導神對家庭生活的計畫，從而恢復父母與孩子之間敬重和尊榮的相處之道。
經文 - 歌羅西書 3:18-21，以弗所書6:1-4，箴言 17:6

第三天 - 星期三 九月四日
教育 - 禱告我們的教育系統內所實施的政策是以設計為滿足兒童和教師的需求，而不是為了吸引迎合政治進程。禱告在教育系統中能以恢復教導基督教價值觀來取代近年來主導的世俗人文主義世界觀。禱告有政策出臺支持在世俗化和基督教學校裡的牧養工作。
經文 - 馬太福音 9:37-38

第四天 - 星期四 九月五日
難民和尋求庇護者 - 澳大利亞的救贖恩賜之一就是為逃避暴力而離開家園的人提供庇護和希望[*就如逃城般]。禱告我們的政策是建立在憐憫同情而非懼怕[*防備這些人帶給國家社會族群的麻煩]的基礎上，能以明確區別真假難民和非法移民，同時又可保持強大和可靠的邊境安全。
經文 - 利未記 19:33-34，以賽亞書 58:6-7，馬太福音 25:34-40

第五天 - 星期五 九月六日
土著[*原住民]得醫治 – 對於土著所倚賴的現行福利政策，至今不能充分處理因長期失業，缺乏身份認同感或缺乏與澳大利亞社群更廣泛地互動等原因所產生的弱勢化[*族群適應能力愈來越弱]影響。禱告對土著的政策將激勵他們，促使他們在澳大利亞當今社會繁榮的經濟中昌盛起來，恢復身份認同感和包容性，意義和盼望。
經文 - 以弗所書2:14，路加福音10:29-37

第六天 - 星期六 九月七日 *[正式選舉日]
經濟政策 - 好的經濟政策將鼓勵在我們國家的各樣投資，就業保障，穩定和增長。禱告有公正和公平的政策能反映所有澳大利亞人的公義和公正。
經文 - 申命記 8:17-18，羅馬書13:5-7

Day 1 - Monday 2 September
Marriage  Marriage is an honourable state instituted by God, and is the preferred form of traditional family life in Australia. Pray for policies that protect and strengthen the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman. 
Scriptures - Hebrews 13:4 Romans 1:26-27

Day 2 - Tuesday 3 September
Family Friendly Policies  The family is the foundational unit of society and needs supporting and strengthening, as the dynamics of family life are changing rapidly in society today. Pray for policies that will promote God's plan for family life, thus restoring respect and honour between parents and children. 
Scriptures - Colossians 3:18-21 Ephesians 6:1-4 Proverbs 17:6 

Day 3 - Wednesday 4 September
Education - Pray that policies implemented within our education system will be designed to meet the needs of children and teachers and not to attract political mileage. Pray for a return to the teaching of Christian values within the education system replacing the secular humanist worldview that has dominated in recent years. Pray for policies that support Chaplaincy in both secular and Christian schools.

Day 4 - Thursday 5 September  
Refugees and Asylum Seekers - One of Australia's redemptive gifts is to give refuge and hope to people fleeing violence in their homelands. Pray for policies, based on compassion not fear, that will clearly distinguish between genuine refugees and illegal immigrants, whilst maintaining strong and credible border security. 
Scriptures - Leviticus 19:33-34 Isaiah 58:6-7 Matthew 25:34-40 

Day 5 - Friday 6 September
Treatment of Indigenous people The present welfare dependent policies regarding the indigenous people have not adequately dealt with the debilitating effect of long term unemployment, lack of identity or lack of connections to the wider Australian community. Pray that Indigenous policies would provide incentives which enable Aboriginals to prosper in the current Australian economy in society, restoring identity and inclusiveness, meaning and hope.

Day 6 - Saturday 7 September 
Economic Policies Good economic policy will encourage investment, jobsecurity, stability and growth in our Nation. Pray for fair and equitablepolicies that reflect righteousness and justice for all Australians. 
Scriptures - Deuteronomy 8:17-18 Romans 13:5-7
