The Holy Spirit in the people of God is urging us to reach higher to know more intimately the truth of God’s calling and purpose. We cannot be satisfied with what we have known in the past. We must go up. We must go to the Potter's House to be made again into a better vessel—one more perfect, one stronger, one more useful. We are willing, Lord, to be transformed. Jeremiah 18:3-4 Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. You are more than equipped to go into any situation without fear of any sort. It is not by your power, but by My Spirit within you that is able to conquer any obstacle. You say, "Oh God, if you only knew my past, you wouldn't say those things." That is precisely why I say that! Address your doubts and reservations head on. The Bible tells story after story of those who overcame adversity. Fervently press on. Isaiah 43:2 (NASB) "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be scorched, nor will the flame burn you."
