Some walls are good. Walls are built to contain and to protect. Nehemiah rebuilt the wall of Jerusalem for protection of the remnant of Jews who were in distress. I say to you, rebuild your walls that have been torn down through neglect. It is time to re-establish; I want you to no longer be stripped and vulnerable. Be strong in the Lord and rebuild that which has been torn down. Nehemiah did it in 52 days. It won’t take you long. Nehemiah 2: 17-18 (NASB) “Then I said to them, “You see the bad situation we are in, that Jerusalem is desolate and its gates have been burned by fire. Come, let’s rebuild the wall of Jerusalem so that we will no longer be a disgrace.” And I told them how the hand of my God had been favorable to me and also about the king’s words which he had spoken to me. Then they said, “Let’s arise and build.” So they put their hands to the good work.”
