I want to share a word that I was given three years ago when I attended a conference in New Jersey. I received this powerful prophetic word from a minister named Torrey Marcel. He has a fiery anointing on his life and the Lord is using him mightily. I was completely enveloped in an unusually heavy anointing as he prophesied over me. I felt the presence of angels swirling around me, and Torrey said: "There are angels around you. You are going to see miracles greater than Kathryn Kuhlman because you paid the price."
I want to encourage those of you who are going through battles. The spirit realm is real. There are not only angels and demons, but there are cherubim, seraphim, and all types of living creatures. We don't realize the vastness of the Kingdom of God. When the enemy comes against us, we have to stand our ground.
A couple of years ago, I was so sick that it was difficult to even stand up at times. When the doctors give you a negative report, stand on the Word of God against all odds. Many of you are about to come out of that fiery furnace and receive a breakthrough against all odds.
In the book of Daniel chapter 3, King Nebuchadnezzar made a huge image of gold. He ordered everyone to bow down to it every time they heard the sound of the horn, flute, harp, lyre, psaltery, and all kinds of music. He added that whoever did not fall down and worship the image would be cast immediately into the midst of a burning, fiery furnace. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow down. Nebuchadnezzar commanded that they be thrown into the fiery furnace and ordered that the furnace be turn up seven times hotter. The fire was so hot that it actually killed the men who threw them in, but it did not harm Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
This caused Nebuchadnezzar and his kingdom to serve God. The king also made a decree that anyone who spoke against them would be cut up into pieces and that their houses would be burned down. He proclaimed that there was no other God who could deliver like this. They were then promoted in Babylon.
Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were friends of Daniel, who was later thrown into the lion's den. God then sent His angel and shut the mouths of the lions. Daniel came out unharmed because he was innocent before the Lord. King Darius then commanded those men who accused Daniel to be thrown into the lion's den along with their families. They were devoured by the lions before they even hit the ground. King Darius made the decree that in every dominion of his kingdom, men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel (Daniel 6).
The Lord says, "In the same way, I will deliver you against all odds. When the enemy turns the fiery furnace up seven times, don't quit. Don't bend, bow, or submit when Nebuchadnezzar tries to dominate and control. Never give up when going through the fiery trials but simply stand your ground. As you continue to press in contrary to your circumstances, breakthrough is assured.
"When you are thrown into the lion's den, stay steadfast. You will be delivered and the voice of the accusers will be silenced. No plan of Mine could be thwarted. The enemy cannot terminate the plans that I have for you, if you don't give him permission. Stand strong against all adversity that comes your way, and trust Me to make a way out," says the Lord.
