Access Granted! Your Set Time Has Come!
Andrew Towe, Chattanooga, TN
2022.3.24

I recently had a vision of an individual walking up to a very large door. As they walked up to the door, I noticed that it began scanning the person using biometric identification to determine if entrance could be gained. Just as I thought the door was about to swing open, a message in bold, red letters flashed up saying, "Access Denied!" The individual walked away.

I saw the same person walking back to the door, and everything happened just as it had before. The same red letters appeared with the words "Access Denied!" Again, I saw the same person go back to the door for the third time, but this time, in bold, green letters, the message flashed, "Access Granted!" The door opened, and the individual walked through the door.

Opening Inaccessible Doors

I heard the Lord say, "I am opening doors that have been inaccessible in the past. This is not the time for My Church to stop or be denied. There is an acceleration to prayers being answered. Pick back up the promises you have laid down because of past disappointment. This is a set time for NEW THINGS to come forth. It is a time for the resurrection of words that you thought had been aborted. They are still alive. Use your mouth and prophesy to the dead things, and I will breathe life into them."

Reflecting further upon the vision, I thought about how the color red is internationally recognized as "stop" and the color green as "go forward." The person in the vision is representative of many in the Body of Christ who have been stopped and denied access to their place of breakthrough. Doors have been shut to them, and they can find no entrance to the place where their dreams come to pass.

The word of the Lord to you today is this: The place where you have been stopped and remained stuck will suddenly shift and change. God is granting you access to walk through doors where you once faced denial and rejection. This is your 'set time' for God's favor to manifest in your life.

Access Granted

Do you want to be granted access? There is something you must do in order to go through the door to your promises. The secret can be found in the example of Joshua and Caleb, who were granted access into the Promised Land. What did they do that was different than the others of their generation who were denied access?

Caleb, Joshua, and ten other men were sent to spy out the land which God had promised to give to the Israelites. Ten of the spies came back with an evil report, their words magnifying the opposition they would face. Their words caused the people of Israel to be gripped by the spirit of fear. Joshua and Caleb tried, unsuccessfully, to silence the voice of fear by giving a good report, reminding the people of what God had promised them, but the people refused to believe them. It was then that God declared that none of that generation would be allowed to enter the Promised Land, except for Joshua and Caleb. Access was granted to them because they believed in God's promise to them.

"But My servant Caleb, because he has a different spirit in him and has followed Me fully, I will bring into the land where he went, and his descendants shall inherit it." (Num. 14:24)

Forty years had passed before the next generation of the children of Israel took possession of the land of Canaan. Caleb and Joshua, out of their generation, were the only ones who could go into the Promised Land. When Joshua began to divide the land and designate portions of it to the different tribes, Caleb stepped up and said to Joshua, "...You know the word which the Lord said to Moses the man of God concerning you and me in Kadesh Barnea" (Jos. 14:6, NKJV). Caleb never forgot! God had granted them access to go through the door of entrance into their promises! Access granted!

Caleb boldly laid claim to his promised reward and reminded Joshua of God's word to them. He declared to him his faith in the promise God had made them. In essence, he said, "God has given me the green light to go and take possession of that which He had promised me."

Give Me My Mountain

"As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength for war, both for going out and for coming in. Now therefore, give me this mountain of which the Lord spoke in that day; for you heard in that day how the Anakim were there, and that the cities were great and fortified. It may be that the Lord will be with me, and I shall be able to drive them out as the Lord said." (Jos. 14:11-12, NKJV) (Photo via Unsplash)

Caleb was as strong as he had been the first time he entered the land. Although the circumstances were that his access was delayed, he knew God had granted him entrance, and it would surely come to pass! He had waited for forty-five years, and now he was ready to receive his inheritance. He boldly demanded of Joshua, "Give me this mountain." In other words, he said, "I have patiently waited and held onto the promise, and God has given me the green light to go forward. It's time for me to take possession of my inheritance!"

Today, God is telling you, "I am granting you access into your promised land. Although you have been delayed, your 'set time' has come."

Caleb expelled three giants from his mountain (Jdg. 1:20). God had renewed his strength and his fight. He possessed Hebron just like God promised forty-five years earlier. You, too, have been given God's green light to go and walk through the door and possess your inheritance.
