一個多月前，我在禱告時有一個非常有力的遇見神。我在我們的生活和事工中尋求主的幫助。我有一個異象，帶來了改變，也改變了我們所做的事物的軌跡。來自天堂的資訊開始改變我們的生活。
在我與主的那次相遇和異象中，祂具體地說："你們要過[約旦河]。" 我看到我們的腳踏上了一片新土地，那裡鬱鬱蔥蔥，我在那一刻感受到了主的平安和喜樂。我相信這不僅僅是為了我。我相信這是為現在基督的身體中的許多人預備的。你正處於逾越之處，過渡的地方和突破的地方。
你可能會問，過約旦河意味著什麼？
跨越約旦河是一個轉捩點，一個變化和過渡的地方。它是自由之路。約旦河的水是自由之地的象徵，它代表著解脫和突破。
我們必須擁抱和歡迎過渡，因為我們走過這個過程，看到轉變和變化體現在我們的生活中。
在《申命記》30:18-20中，以色列人已經走到了逾越曠野的最後一段路程。他們正在前往應許之地的路上。這向我們揭示了不跨越約旦河就不能進入應許之地。
"你們過約旦河，進去得耶和華－你們的神所賜你們為業之地；當你們佔領它，在那地居住的時候......"（申命記11:31）
"你們過了約旦河，到耶和華－你神所賜給你的地，當日要豎立幾塊大石頭，塗上石灰。......" （申命記27:2）
"因為耶和華－你們的神在你們前面使約旦河的水乾了，直到你們過來，就如耶和華－你們的神從前在我們前面使紅海乾了，直到我們過來一樣，要使地上萬民都知道，耶和華的手大有能力，也要使你們天天敬畏耶和華－你們的神。"（約書亞4:23-24）
很多時候，我們會覺得自己的生活停滯不前，卡在某個地方，覺得自己站在了神的應許的對面。然而，我想提醒你，神即將揭示我們必須採取的步驟，從等待應許到應許在我們的生活中彰顯出來！他正在抹去過去。他正在抹去過去，你會驚歎於神的未來！你如何離開一個地方，進入另一個地方？你如何離開一個地方並進入下一個地方是很重要的。你如何過渡是很重要的！
從預言的角度來看，你們中的許多人需要按照神所說的去做。這需要你們的行動。我們必須與天堂合作。信心在言語和行動中都是大膽的！
我今天向你們宣告，靜止和等待將不再在你們身上徘徊。
我預言你們正在跨過約旦河，你們將穿過過渡期，走在應許之地。
我預言，你們生命中一直被延遲的事物，現在已經鬆動了。
我向你們宣告："但你們要過約旦河，在耶和華你們的神賜給你們的地定居，作為產業，他要使你們脫離周圍一切的仇敵，使你們住在安全的地方。" （申命記12:10）。
現在是勝利的季節！
這是突破的時刻！

Over a month ago I had a very powerful encounter during my prayer time. I was seeking the Lord on specific things in our lives and ministry. I had a vision that brought forth change and the trajectory of where and what we were doing. The message from Heaven began to shift our lives.
During that encounter and vision I had from the Lord; He was specific in saying, “You are crossing [the] Jordan.” I saw our feet hit a new land and it was lush and green and I felt the peace and joy of the Lord in that moment. I believe its not just for me. I believe this is for so many right now in the body of Christ. You are at the crossing place, the place of transition and the place of breakthrough.
What does crossing the Jordan mean, you might ask?
Crossing the Jordan is a turning point, a place of change and transition. It's FREEDOM'S WAY. The waters of the Jordan are symbolic to the place of freedom and it represents deliverance and BREAKTHROUGH.
We must embrace and welcome transition as we walk through the process to see the shifts and changes manifest in our lives.
In Deuteronomy 30:18-20, the Israelites were reaching the last part of their journey through the wilderness. They were on their way to the promised land. This reveals to us that the promised land could not be entered without crossing the Jordan.
“For you are about to cross the Jordan to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God is giving you, and you shall possess it and live in it...” (Deuteronomy 11:31)
“So it shall be on the day when you cross the Jordan to the land which the LORD your God gives you, that you shall set up for yourself large stones and coat them with lime...” (Deuteronomy 27:2)
“For the Lord your God dried up the waters of the Jordan for you until you passed over, as the Lord your God did to the Red Sea, which he dried up for us until we passed over, so that all the peoples of the earth may know that the hand of the Lord is mighty, that you may fear the Lord your God forever.” (Joshua 4:23-24)
Many times we can feel our lives are stalled and stuck in a particular place, feeling like we are on the wrong side of God's promises. However, I want to remind you that God is about to reveal the steps that we must take to move from waiting on the promise to the very promises manifesting in our lives! He is wiping the past away and you will marvel at God's future! How you leave one place and enter the next is important. How you transition is important!
Prophetically many of you need to ACT on what God is saying do. It requires movement on your part. We must partner with Heaven. Faith is bold in speech and in action!
I decree over you today that the stand still and the wait will no longer linger over you.
I prophesy you are stepping and crossing through the Jordan and you shall come through the transition and walk upon the promised land.
I prophesy what's been held up is breaking loose now over your lives!
I declare over you, “But you will cross the Jordan and settle in the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, and he will give you rest from all your enemies around you so that you will live in safety.” (Deuteronomy 12:10).
This is victory season!
This is breakthrough time!
