馬克思主義接管美國的策略11—美國遺產概要66 

我們持續談到馬克思主義45個目標的第38個目標，其宣稱要用這些目標把美國帶入他們的綑綁之下。

馬克思主義目標#38: 把一些逮捕權從警察轉讓給社會機構。將一切行為問題視為精神失調，所以只有精神醫師可以瞭解或治療。

我們曾談論過馬克思是如何擁抱達爾文和佛洛依德的理論，用以證實他對於國家必須控制人民的假設。精神治療和心理分析成為馬克思這麼做的主要武器，精神治療一直是馬克思主義者達成目標的主要工具，例如破壞家庭結構，或是其他可以讓國家成為人民權柄和效忠來源的事物。

這並不是在說所有心理學、心理分析和精神治療都是馬克思主義者，但它們確實成為馬克思主義者征服人民的主要工具。至於他們是如何利用這些精神分析和治療，我們會在後面的目標中談到。

馬克思主義目標#39: 支配精神病學專業和心理健康的法律，作為高壓控制那些反動共產主義目標者的工具。

馬克思主義者或許會慢慢達成目標，但他們最終會讓挑戰馬克思主義學說和國家至上的人，稱他們是精神錯亂。然後藉此將那些持有這樣信念的人，驅逐至精神病院或勞動營再次教育，或是工作到死。在每個馬克思主義國家用來控制人民的主要工具，就是讓他們害怕被宣稱精神有問題。

馬克思主義目標#40: 詆毀家庭如同一個機構；鼓勵濫交和輕易離婚。

再一次，家庭被視為對國家至上和效忠國家的主要敵人。他們看見提倡濫交和輕易離婚成為摧毀家庭最有效的武器，從而消除馬克思主義對社會極權控制的敵人。

正如赤裸真相（133頁）所報告的，馬克思主義者在完成此目標上也相當有效率。美國離婚率從1958年到1990年上升超過百分之百。從那以後離婚率趨於平穩的原因更令人不安—因為越來越少人結婚了，寧可選擇同居。在1958年美國的同居率幾乎是零，現在選擇同居的伴侶多過選擇結婚的伴侶，非婚生子女的比例也越來越高，使得下一個馬克思主義目標更容易達成。

馬克思主義目標#41: 強調需要讓孩子遠離父母的負面影響。將孩童的偏見、心理障礙和智障歸因於父母情緒抑制的影響。

在馬克思主義的基本教義裡，孩子是屬於國家而非父母的。馬克思主義者很快利用了佛洛依德的理論，幾乎將所有的精神障礙歸因於家庭結構，以及父母將黑暗時代的信仰和偏見強加在孩子身上。一旦達成目標＃38將逮捕權轉讓給社會機構，並且當馬克思主義國家很快將偏離教義確立為精神錯亂，他們將利用此來逮捕父母並奪取他們的孩子，使他們受到國家的監護。

在歐美國家所有用來攻擊並摧毀家庭的目標取得很大進展，以致於強健的家庭反而變得稀有。在美國國會所提出的法案透過其巧妙措辭，使得對家庭委身、政治保守或宗教虔誠的人，都被視為精神錯亂的形式，藉以將兒童從這樣的家庭中帶走，否認了憲法第二修正案的權利，以及對我們自由極權壓制的其他形式。

當然，這些法律還沒有通過，但這是一種模式，被提議的法律可能需要一段時間才通過。隨著時間的推移，這些政策將努力通過，而且往往會成功。

馬克思主義目標#42: 營造一種暴力和叛亂在美國傳統是合法的印象；學生和特殊利益團體應該起來，用「聯合力量」來解決經濟、政治或社會問題。

這聽起來不就是最近和目前發生叛亂、暴力和襲擊大學和城市公共財產的理由嗎？這聽起來不就是民主黨用來拒絕此暴力，反而為其辯解的藉口嗎？這是另一個馬克思主義如何有效滲入並在我們學校和國家帶來不和的例子。

我們也可以看見民主黨是如何假冒為善，只要是由保守黨或右派人士所做的抗議，民主黨很快就會稱其為「暴動」，甚至「謀反」。媒體報導和偏頗的民意調查可能使多數美國人似乎支持這一點—實際上卻不然。

大約三分之一的美國人是堅定的左派，他們會相信左派媒體宣傳的一切事情。其他三分之二的美國人，並不像左派所期望的一樣天真和思考遲鈍。這就是為什麼美國人民現在對媒體的信任度甚至低於國會—絕大多數的美國人不再相信媒體。

儘管如此，三分之一左派人士現在是極左派，而且越來越激進。我們必須謹記在心的是，當列寧和布爾什維克開始革命時，他們的總數不到蘇俄總人口的百分之一，而他們成功了。有兩個主因使他們雖只佔總人口極小比率卻能革命成功：

1. 他們與其他自由團體或反獨裁團體聯合，這些團體以為自己可以控制馬克思主義者，在革命成功後讓他們待在自己的地方，卻完全沒有準備好面對馬克思主義者在革命成功後統治的殘酷無情。

2. 布爾什維克承諾對投降的軍人和民眾大赦，當這些軍隊和民眾一繳械，布爾什維克便殺了數百萬無法再保護自己的人。這包括在革命期間與馬克思主義者聯合的其他自由團體領袖和成員，他們被稱為「有用的白癡」。在布爾什維克迅速而輕鬆地建立極權控制，他們同時除掉國家中的任何潛在競爭對手。

 We continue covering the 45 Goals Marxists declared for bringing America under their bondage with Goal #38:

MARXIST GOAL #38: Transfer some of the powers of arrest from the police to social agencies. Treat all behavioral problems as psychiatric disorders which no one but psychiatrists can understand or treat. 

         We covered before how Darwin and Freud’s theories were embraced by Marx to confirm his premise that the state needed to control humanity. Psychiatry and psychoanalysis became primary weapons of Marxists for doing this. Psychiatry has been a primary means for Marxists to achieve their goals such as breaking up the family structure, or anything else that could rival the state as the source of authority and allegiance of the people. 

         This is not to imply that all psychology, psychiatry, or psychoanalysis is Marxist, but these did become primary tools for Marxists to subjugate the people in their conquered domains. How they used these will be covered in the following goals.

MARXIST GOAL #39: Dominate the psychiatric profession and mental health laws as a means of gaining coercive control over those who oppose Communist goals.

         They may do it gradually, but Marxists will eventually have any beliefs that in any way challenge Marxist doctrine and the supremacy of the state declared as insanity. They will use this to banish those who hold to such beliefs to asylums or labor camps to be re-indoctrinated, or worked to death. Fear of being declared insane was a primary tool of control used in every Marxist state.

MARXIST GOAL #40: Discredit the family as an institution. Encourage promiscuity and easy divorce.

         Again, the family is seen as the primary rival of the state for supremacy and allegiance. They saw promoting promiscuity and easy divorce as effective weapons for destroying the family, and thereby eliminating this rival to Marxist totalitarian control of society. 

         As reported in The Naked Truth (page 133) Marxists have been very effective in accomplishing this goal as well. From 1958 to 1990 the divorce rate in America increased over 100%. The reason the rate of divorce has flattened out since then is because of a more troubling reason—fewer people are getting married, choosing rather to cohabitate. In 1958 the cohabitation rate in America was near zero, now more couples are choosing to do this rather than get married, and an increasing percentage of children are born out of wedlock, making the next Marxist goal more easily achievable.

MARXIST GOAL #41: Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents. Attribute prejudices, mental blocks, and mentally retarded children to the suppressive influence of parents.

         It is basic Marxist doctrine that children belong to the state, not their parents. Marxists quickly seized upon Freud’s theories attributing almost all mental disorders to the family structure and parents imposing Dark Age beliefs and prejudices on their children. As soon as goal #38 is achieved giving arresting powers to social services, and as Marxist states are quick to establish any deviation from Marxist doctrine a form of insanity, they will use this to arrest parents and seize their children, making them wards of the state. 

         In Europe and America all of these goals used to attack and destroy the family have made so much progress that strong families are becoming a rarity. Bills have been proposed in the U.S. Congress that by their subtle wording make devotion to a family, being a political conservative, or being devoutly religious, to be recognized as forms of insanity for use in taking children from such homes, denying Second Amendment rights, and other forms of totalitarian suppression of our freedoms. 

         Of course, these laws have not been passed yet, but it is a pattern that proposed laws may take time before being passed. These are policies that an effort will be made to get passed over time, and this very often gets done.

MARXIST GOAL #42: Create the impression that violence and insurrection are legitimate aspects of American tradition; that students and special-interest groups should rise up and use “united force” to solve economic, political, or social problems.  

         Does this sound like the rationale being used for recent and present insurrections, violence, and attacks on public property at universities and in our cities? Does this sound like the excuses the Democratic Party has used to refuse to condemn this violence, but instead even justified them? This is another example of how effective the Marxists have been to infiltrate and sow discord into our schools and country. 

         We also can see the hypocrisy of how any type of protest done by conservatives or those on the right, Democrats are quick to call it “insurrection,” or even “treason.” The media coverage and skewed polls can make it seem that most of America sides with this—actually it does not.  

         About one-third of Americans are hard left and will believe anything the leftist media propagates. The other two-thirds of Americans are not as naïve and slow of reasoning that they hope we are. That is why the media has now fallen even below Congress in the trust of the American people—the large majority of Americans no longer believe the media. 

         Even so, the one-third of Americans who are on the left are now on the hard left, and are being increasingly radicalized. We must keep in mind that Lenin and the Bolsheviks numbered far less than 1% of the Russian population when they began the revolution there, and they succeeded. There were two main factors that enabled them to do this with such a tiny percentage of the population:

1. They made alliances with other liberal or anti Tsarist groups, who thought that they could control the Marxists and keep them in their place after the revolution was won, but were completely unprepared for the ruthlessness of the Marxists by which they dominated after the success of the revolution.

2. The Bolsheviks promised amnesty to all soldiers and citizens who would surrender their weapons. When the army and the citizenry had been disarmed, the Bolsheviks then killed millions who could no longer protect themselves. This included leaders and members of other liberal groups that had been allies of the Marxists during the revolution, calling them “useful idiots”, ridding the country of any potential rivals as they quickly and easily established their totalitarian control.

         Audacity is characterized by daring, but it is daring that is founded on confidence and a thorough understanding of (the) conflict and its potential consequences. It is carried out with decisiveness. ~R. Redwine
