I know this will be hard but keep your mind fully in the positive. There will be a big temptation to move into anxiety and into many what ifs. Take deep breaths and slow yourself down. Relax and let your mind be at peace. You will have to rein your mind into peace over and over until you get it under control. You can do this because the Holy Spirit is helping you with His powerful blessings. Galatians 5:22-23 (NKJV) "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law."
