上週 (2010/06/28 )我們請求你為莫撒.哈桑.約瑟夫（Mosab Hassan Yosef）禱告，使他可以得著美國的政治庇護；這真的發生了。倘若莫撒被遣返回西岸，他的生命就會有危險，因為他為以色列情報局工作十年。
這週，莫撒的希伯來文翻譯書『哈馬斯之子』在以色列的書局可以買到。

請禱告：
* 許多以色列人的生命會被哈馬斯之子這本書的見證觸摸。
* 禱告莫撒的肉身蒙保守脫離仇敵攻擊，當他公開露面時，能被屬天的智慧與分辨來引導。
* 禱告他持續在主裡長大成熟。

2. 納坦雅胡總理與歐巴馬總統於七月六日星期二會面.
這週納坦雅胡總理將與歐巴馬總統第五次公開會面。大部分的新聞工作者報導，領袖們盼望能改善去年美國與以色列之間的負面氣氛。觀察者預測他們將會討論的主題有：美國在五月所簽訂的禁止核子武器擴散條約；新屯墾區建造問題、以及與巴勒斯坦總統阿巴斯直接會談的可能性。
兩位領袖上次預定會面時間是在六月，總理因為加薩走廊的船艦危機而取消會面。先前的會面則顯出雙方領袖之間的緊張，如媒體不能在裡面採訪，雙方也沒有一如往常的在白宮用餐。

請禱告：
* 納坦雅胡總領理在與美國總統會面時有著極大的智慧。
* 加強美國與以色列之間的連結。『為你祝福的，我必賜福與他…』（創世記12:3）。

PRAYER UPDATE FROM ISRAEL  (July 6, 2010)
1.  Praise God for His faithfulness.
Last week we asked that you pray that Mousab Hasan Yousef be granted political asylum in the United States.  This indeed did happen.  If Mousab had been deported back to the West Bank, his life would have been in great danger because of his work with Israeli intelligence for ten years.
This week, the Hebrew translation of Mousab’s book, Son of Hamas, is in book stores throughout Israel. 

Please Pray:
*That many Israeli lives will be touched by the testimony in Son of Hamas.
*That Mousab be physically protected from his enemies and that he be guided by heavenly wisdom and discretion regarding his public appearances.
*That he continue to grow in maturity as a believer.

2.  Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Obama to meet on Tuesday, July 6.
Prime Minister Netanyahu will have his fifth official meeting with President Obama this week.  Most journalists are reporting that the leaders are hoping to improve the negative atmosphere of the U.S.-Israeli relationship of the past year.  Among the topics which observers predict will be discussed are: a nuclear nonproliferation treaty that the US signed in May; new settlement construction; the possibility of direct talks with PA President Abbas. 

The last scheduled meeting of these two leaders in June, was cancelled by the Prime Minister because of the Gaza flotilla crisis in Israel.  The meeting before exhibited much tension between the two leaders, as the press was not allowed to be in the room and the leaders did not share a meal as is the usual practice in the White House.

Please Pray:
*For Prime Minister Netanyahu to have great wisdom in meeting with the United States President.
*For the United States to strengthen its ties with the nation of Israel. “I will bless those who bless you…” (Gen. 12:3)
