You are going to receive some much-needed instructions.

This is a time of letting go. Let go of everything that keeps you from spiritual progression. Your fussing and fretting will do nothing to solve problems and concerns. Find the solid foundation of life in the Spirit and then what you build will last. Build on the Word of truth and righteousness. Do not allow the things of the world to become a snare. Proverbs 10:25 When the whirlwind passes by, the wicked is no more, but the righteous has an everlasting foundation.

你所處/在的地方很美麗/優美。你最近沒去看。你忙碌於處理每天要做的事、卻沒有留意到。是的,我知道有些地方並不完全是可愛的,然而、不要去專注那些地方。要尋找美麗/優美之處。有些是公開的,有些則像是小小的隱藏的寶石。你需要意識到你四周圍的美麗/優美。有時你沒有看到或是忘記了。美麗/優美對於你的魂是有益的。 傳3:11-12 神造萬物,各按其時成為美好,又將永生安置在世人心裡。然而神從始至終的作為,人不能參透。我知道世人,莫強如終身喜樂行善;
It is beautiful where you are. You haven't looked lately. You have gone about with everyday doings and haven't noticed. Yes, I know there are some spots that aren't exactly lovely, but don't concentrate on those. Look for the spots of beauty. Some are out in the open and some are like little hidden gems. You need to be aware of the beauty around you. Sometimes you don't see or forget. Beauty is good for your soul. Ecclesiastes 3:11-12 (NLT2) "Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God's work from beginning to end. So I concluded there is nothing better than to be happy and enjoy ourselves as long as we can."

It's time to get up and start moving again. When you are given the choice to move or to stay sedentary - choose to move! My Scriptures are filled with walking, running and dancing movement. Exercise comes from a healthy body that is lined up. Even if you are in a sickbed - wiggle those toes, raise those hands. The circulation of your blood will begin to flow better and soon you will be up and moving again. Acts 17:28 (NASB) "for in Him we live and move and exist, as even some of your own poets have said, 'For we also are His children'."
