Develop an attitude of patient endurance in these times of suffering. You have indeed endured times of difficulty and unpleasantness. It is okay to say you don't know. There is absolutely no shame in not having intellectual acuity on a subject matter. Problems can arise when others perceive that you comprehend what they are saying, when you do not have a clue. People actually respect you on a whole different level when you admit your weakness. Individuals especially appreciate your honesty and frankness far more than you realize, because they know you are trying not to be misleading. 2 Corinthians 12:10 (TPT) "So I'm not defeated by my weakness, but delighted! For when I feel my weakness and endure mistreatment-when I'm surrounded with troubles on every side and face persecution because of my love for Christ-I am made yet stronger. For my weakness becomes a portal to God's power."
