We must stay in touch with Him and trust Him to surround us with a hedge of protection. Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

Stressful times do not warrant far-reaching measures. Isaiah 40:31 (KJV) "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
