I know you were not taught self-discipline when you were growing up. It is a hard lesson to follow now in several areas. But this is something you have desired for quite a while. Self-control is fruit of My Holy Spirit. Let Him now teach you. Hone in on His wavelength. You can wait for His promptings and follow Him. You will be amazed at the results. This will be a wonderful and powerful accomplishment. Galatians 6:15-16 (AMP) "For neither is circumcision [now] of any importance, nor uncircumcision, but [only] a new creation [the result of a new birth and a new nature in Christ Jesus, the Messiah]. Peace and mercy be upon all who walk by this rule [who discipline themselves and regulate their lives by this principle], even upon the [true] Israel of God!"
