要嘗試做一些新的事情。不要陷入相同的舊事物。微小的改變對你的成長有好處/益處。常規/慣常的程序是好的；它是活動的基石。如果受到干擾/中斷，可能會令人苦惱/不快。但是不要變得一遍又一遍地重複相同的活動。新的活動會使你的大腦擴展並活力恢復/更新。新的事物不必須涉及重大的改變。事實上，微小的變化/改變總是較好。 羅12:2 不要效法這個世界，只要心意更新而變化，叫你們察驗何為神的善良、純全、可喜悅的旨意。
Try and do something new. Do not get caught in the same old thing. Small changes are good for your growth. Routine is good; it is the bedrock of activity. When disrupted, it can be upsetting. But don't get caught repeating the same activity over and over. New activities cause your brain to expand and to be refreshed. The something new does not have to involve major changes. In fact small changes are better all the time. Romans 12:2 (NASB) "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect."

I am a jealous God! When I say you shall have no other God's before Me, it is not a suggestion, it is My FIRST commandment.
