Take every opportunity and avenue to fill your mind with thankfulness. This is a good week to begin. No matter the circumstances, timing or perceived outcome, think much on things for which you give thanks. Can't think of anything? Start simple with air to breath and food to eat. Now, build on to a crescendo. Your attitude will change as will everything around you. Now do it.
