Take stock to see the areas in your life where you have been disobedient to My word. Those are the places where the enemy can enter in and wreak havoc. If you are uncertain, ask Me to show you where you fall short of complete obedience, and deliberately make the correction. Only then will you reap the fruit of obedience, says the Lord. Romans 6:16 Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one's slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?

Quiet your body, soul and spirit before Me. With all the hullabaloo and noise encircling you, this would be the perfect time to bring yourself to a noiseless frame of thinking. Your senses need a time of stillness with soft undertones. It is essential for your spiritual health and well-being. Come away with Me. Find a serene and secluded space away from your cares. A time of unobstructed, unobtrusive solitude with Me is what you need. Exodus 14:14 (NASB) "The Lord will fight for you while you keep silent."

It's time to lay your burden down at the foot of the cross. When you continue with the struggle, you nullify the work of the cross. Jesus paid the price for your freedom. Take the load off your shoulders and roll it over onto Him. He is the only One who can bring you relief. I want to perform miracles on your behalf, but this cannot happen until you surrender your control. Prayer and rejoicing will be your new mantra. Galatians 5:1 (NIV). "It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery."
