假如每戶鄰居和每個鄰舍每天都被禱告，是否我們的社區就真得能被基督轉化？一個城市中從許多教會而來的基督徒決定這是可行的並開始禱告：在五週裡，每週有五天，每天花上五分鐘，為五個鄰居送上五個祝福。（注1）從昨天開始，全國40天的禱告行走運動開始了。如果你沒法出門行走，那麼就來使用這個計劃！

“所以你們要彼此認罪，互相代求，使你們可以得醫治。義人祈禱所發的力量是大有功效的。“（雅各書5：16）

給祂15分鐘的禱告

你可以使用“祝福”（BLESS）這個字為起頭，為五個重要部分來禱告：

• B–身體（Body）：健康，保護，力量
• L–勞動（Labor）：工作，收入，安全來敬拜神，因為祂是配得的！
• E–情感（Emotions）：喜樂，平安，希望
• S–社交（Social）：愛情，婚姻，家庭，朋友
• S–屬靈（Spiritual）：救贖，信仰，恩典（注2）

你可以做的禱告： 

天父，感謝袮回應這些禱告，而有這些顯著的變化和好的成果出現。願我們不要忽視繼續為我們的家園- 社區，城市和國家禱告。阿門。（注3）

今天的宣告： 

在接下來的40天裡，我們國家中和我的社區中的每個家庭都會蒙受到禱告的遮蓋！主，我祝福每個家庭中的成員！

Transforming Cities

Could our communities be truly transformed by Christ if every neighbor and neighborhood were prayed for daily? Christians from numerous churches in one city decided it could and they began to pray: Five blessings for Five neighbors for Five minutes a day for Five days a week for Five weeks.¹  (Quin Sherrer) Starting yesterday, a national 40-day prayer walking campaignbegan. If you are unable to get out and walk, use this plan!

“Pray [also] for one another that you may be healed and restored—to a spiritual tone of mind and heart. The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available—dynamic in its working.” (James 5:16b; AMP)

Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:

You can use the word “BLESS” as a jump-start to praying five important ways:

• B Body: health, protection, strength
• L Labor: work, income, security
• E Emotions: joy, peace, hope
• S Social: love, marriage, family, friends
• S Spiritual: Salvation, faith, grace²

A prayer you can pray:

Father, thank you for the notable changes and good reports resulting from answers to those prayers. May we not neglect to keep praying for our homeland– neighborhoods, cities and nation. Amen.³

Today’s decree:

Every home in our nation and in my neighborhood will be covered in prayer in the next 40days! I BLESS those in every home, Lord!
