澳洲國家禁食禱告日（Australia's National Day of Prayer and Fasting）所屬團體與其他澳洲禱告事工領袖呼籲全球萬國，在4月30日到5月6日之間為美國禱告一個星期。

4月30日是美國的國家悔改日，5月7日則是美國第64屆全國禱告日。

這同時，美軍卻被教導，聖經和美國最寶貴的兩項資產（憲法和獨立宣言），這些「歷史影響力，允許我們繼續歧視女性」。這是平等機會國防管理學院（Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute）提出的公告。據悉這個學院的使命正是要給予美軍「世界級的人際關係教育」。遑論美國軍人的使命就是要護衛美國憲法。

澳洲禱告事工協調員馬希（Warwick Marsh）說：「4月30日是美國國父喬治．華盛頓就任第一任美國（基督徒）總統226週年紀念日，及林肯總統在內戰期間宣布『謙卑禱告及禁食』第152週年紀念日。而今年5月7日美國全國禱告日的主題則是「主啊，請聽我們呼求」，這題旨引用列王記上第八章28節「惟求耶和華──我的神垂顧僕人的禱告祈求，俯聽僕人今日在你面前的祈禱呼籲」。

澳洲同工杰穌普（Alison Jessup）說：「我們澳洲人相信，該是輪到我們祝福美國，透過禱告求神醫治美國的時候了，我們要根據歷代志第七章14節所說的禁食禱告。澳洲人很感謝美國在第二次世界大戰期間，給予澳洲和其他自由世界國家的保護。1942年的珍珠港之戰，在美軍的主導之下扭轉了澳洲在第二次大戰中的禿勢。」

"We in Australia believe it is our turn to bless the nation of America and pray for healing for the USA through prayer and fasting according to 2 Chronicles 7:14. We in Australia are grateful for the protection that America gave Australia and the nations of the free world during World War II." -Alison Jessup

Warwick Marsh, Australian coordinator, said, "April 30 is the 226th anniversary of George Washington's inauguration as a devout Christian president and the 152nd anniversary of Lincoln's Day of 'Humiliation, Prayer and Fasting' held during the devastating times of the Civil War. The theme for the USA National Day of Prayer on May 7, 2015 is "Lord Hear Our Cry," and is taken from 1 Kings 8:28: "Give attention to your servant's prayer and his pleas for mercy, Lord my God. Matt Prater from Australia said, "We are calling the nations of the world to join in prayer and fasting with our brothers and sisters in Christ in the USA. Last year we had people from over 40 nations join with us. This year we are believing for over 100 nations to join us in prayer and fasting for the USA."

And Lana Vawser from Australia said, "There is a fight for the destiny of the USA right now. The destiny of America hangs in the balance. The Lord is calling His people to arise and pray for the United States of America.
